I believe that we are here to learn and grow through the relationships and experiences each of us create in our lives. Whatever it is we seek, we alone have the power to create that reality.

I know that without starting from the point of SELF-LOVE we will always be reaching outside of ourselves for answers and that is an endless journey. Love is the answer; but it starts with SELF-LOVE. Through endless SELF-LOVE.

About Me

I am a trained Transformation and Epigenetics life coach as well as a certified Reiki healer. The tools I use don’t come entirely from my training, the deep transformation process comes from my own personal journey. I choose to see the strength, resiliency, courage within my transformation, I have chosen not to let the experiences define me although through my experiences I have designed a life I originally only imagined and it just keeps getting better.

As the saying goes: Things don’t happen to us, but rather for us.
